Chief of Police
The Valley Falls Police Department would like to thank the Valley Falls USD 338 School District for allowing us to participate in the parade, Wednesday, August 18th.
Please remember that the 20 MPH school zones will be enforced from 7:20 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. and from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. throughout the school year. Please pay attention to stop signs, and remember that state law requires a vehicle to stop at the stop bar or stop sign before entering into the roadway. The Valley Falls Police Department wishes all students a safe and successful school year. We look forward to continuing to build a great partnership with the School District and our students.

Reports should be detailed with as much information as possible , including the date, time, and location of where the crime occurred. After submitting a report, you will receive a copy of the report that can be printed for your records. Please note that if a crime has occurred outside the City of Valley Falls, please contact the Jefferson County 911 center at (785) 863- 2351 for further assistance.
